Free Tracked Delivery on Orders Over £50

All UK orders are dispatched from our London facility via Royal Mail Tracked 24, providing full end-to-end tracking and reliable next-day delivery.

Dispatch Times:

  • Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday: Same day dispatch
  • Orders after 3pm: Next business day dispatch
  • Weekend orders: Dispatched Monday

Delivery Times:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Usually next working day
  • Delivery times are Royal Mail estimates and may vary during busy periods

Packaging:

All orders are packaged discreetly with no external markings indicating contents. Peptides are shipped in protective plastic trays to ensure integrity during transport.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Worldwide Delivery Available

We ship globally via Royal Mail International and DHL Express, ensuring reliable delivery to researchers worldwide.

Shipping Options:

  • Royal Mail International: 5-10 working days (Europe), 10-20 working days (Rest of World)
  • DHL Express: 2-5 working days worldwide
  • Tracking provided for all international orders

Important Notes:

  • Shipping times may vary due to customs processing
  • Customer responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees
  • Some countries restrict peptide imports – verify local regulations before ordering

 

Restricted Countries:

We currently cannot ship to Germany, Austria, Spain, and Australia due to customs restrictions on peptides.

 

RETURNS POLICY:

No Returns on Delivered Orders

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns once products have been dispatched. This policy protects product integrity for all customers.

Exceptions:

We will provide replacements or refunds for:

  • Damaged products (photographic evidence required within 48 hours)
  • Incorrect items sent (our error)
  • Quality defects verified by independent testing
