By purchasing from CREW LABS, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution, and products will be used strictly for in-vitro laboratory research in compliance with UK regulations.

  1. AGE & ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. This website and all products are intended solely for qualified researchers and institutions.

  1. PROHIBITED USES

Products must not be used for:

  • Veterinary consumption or administration
  • Clinical trials or therapeutic applications
  • Cosmetic or wellness applications
  • Any in-vivo applications
  • Resale without proper licensing

Misuse may be illegal under UK law. CREW LABS will not be held responsible for any misuse of products.

  1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

By purchasing, you confirm that you will:

  • Comply with all applicable UK regulations including MHRA guidelines
  • Handle, store, and dispose of products safely according to COSHH regulations
  • Not provide products to unauthorized persons
  • Verify legality of import/use in your jurisdiction

  1. PRODUCT QUALITY & TESTING

While we provide detailed testing data and certificates of analysis, customers are responsible for verifying product suitability for their specific research applications.

  1. ORDERING & PAYMENT

  • All prices include UK VAT where applicable
  • Export orders will not include UK VAT
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders that don’t meet compliance requirements
  • Payment confirmation triggers order processing
  • Orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) dispatch same day

  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • All orders dispatched from London, UK
  • UK delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24
  • International shipping available to most countries
  • Customer responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import compliance
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched

  1. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides, all sales are final. Returns accepted only for:

  • Damaged products (with photographic evidence within 48 hours)
  • Incorrect items sent (our error)
  • Quality defects verified by independent testing

CREW LABS disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage resulting from use or misuse of products. Use is entirely at customer’s risk.
